Please read through the Terms & Conditions:

1) BBQ pits booking is only open to residents of Lake Vista and Yung Ho Spring 1 and 2.
2) BBQ pits are available for booking daily. All bookings are non-transferable.
3) Premises are to be vacated by the end of the allocated slot, or 10.30pm whichever is later, after clean-up. Applicant is only allowed one booking at any time.
4) Applicant shall ensure that there is no use of open fire (other than at the designated BBQ pit in use), LPG cylinders, portable stoves or generators of any form at the BBQ pit at all times.
5) Applicant shall ensure that the BBQ pit and its surrounding areas are kept clean at all times, all refuse and waste are properly removed and disposed with no damages caused onto the common property after usage.
6) Applicant shall be responsible for ensuring that all users invited by him/her comply with the terms and conditions herein, and with prevailing laws and regulations, including, the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act and its Regulations.
7) Applicant agrees to use the BBQ pit and its surrounding areas at their own risk. Applicant shall not make any claims against the RN with respect to any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of the pit. For the same, the Applicant shall indemnify the RN against all actions, claims and demands which the RN may suffer or incur in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damages to property arising from or out of or in connection with the use of the BBQ pit.
8) Cancellation - Applicant must give at least 48-hour’s notice for cancellation to be effective. Failure to provide prior notice may result in forfeit of booking fees.
9) Booking fees are as follows. All payments are to be made in CASH only:
BBQ Pit @ Lake Vista (along Yuan Ching Road)                 $25.00/pit

Application process:

1) A booking application has to be submitted at least 3 days prior to your requested date. NO last minute application will be allowed.
2) After submission of application, Taman Jurong Zone G RN will check on the booking availability and contact you to confirm the booking and arrange for fee collection.
3) Taman Jurong Zone G RN reserves the rights to approve or reject the application.
