To support your child/ward adequately, HBL Queries, SLS Password Reset and SLS Unlock Account Services are available from 9am to 4pm from Monday to Friday.
Please allow some time for your queries and requests to be addressed.
For us to get back to you promptly, please provide us with accurate email address or contact number.
Please refrain from submitting multiple requests while your initial request is being processed.
You can also seek assistance from your child's/ward's Form Teachers and Subject Teachers although they may not be able to reach out to you soonest during school hours from 8am to 2.30pm.
