  1. If you encounter any issues with your PLD, please note it is under 3-year warranty and 3-year insurance. 

  2. You are strongly encouraged to send in your PLD for repair on your own. Details on ACER or LENOVO service centres are available in our school website, under Links for Parents -> WSSS PLD https://sites.google.com/moe.edu.sg/wssspdlp/home

  3. Should you send your PLD for repair through the school, the waiting time is 2-3 times longer than if you send for repair on your own.

  4. Loss of PLD - please make an online police report and inform the school.

  5. Be responsible. Handle your PLD with care.
