You are an individual contributor or middle manager with at least 1 year of work experience in engaging stakeholders and/or designing engagements. Completion of foundational training such as “Public And Stakeholder Engagement Workshop – From Planning To Execution” (discontinued) or “Partnership and Engagement 101” is recommended but not mandatory.
Programme Overview
This programme aims to address the issues public officers face when engaging communities on complex policy or service delivery issues. You will learn how to strengthen your engagement process, encourage citizens to move beyond entrenched positions and interests, build trust, and engage in a dialogue to find practical ways forward.
