(1) Team Nila Volunteer - (Elite) Front-of-House (FOH)

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist in (actual role will be assigned by the Venue Manager/Workforce Manager):

1) Green & Sustainability Ambassador

• Engage and educate the public, athletes, and workforce on green initiatives and sustainable waste management practices, while supporting onsite tracking and reporting of sustainability efforts.

2) Front-of-House Experience Team

• Create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all attendees throughout the event by providing assistance in key areas such as scanning of tickets, wayfinding, queue management, spectators' seating, merchandise booth and VIP areas.

3) Merchandising Assistant

• Managing the merchandise area and engaging member of public during this activation. Sharing more about the event and the merchandise with the shoppers. 
  

4) Any other roles that may be required in the areas above.

Note:

- Volunteers will support both High Dive (Competition) and Open Water Masters (Training & Competition) during their shifts on July 25th, 26th, and 27th.

(2) Team Nila Volunteer - (Elite) Back-of-House (BOH)

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist in (actual role will be assigned by the Venue Manager/Workforce Manager):

1) BOH Operations

• Coordinate logistics and changeover requirements during event days, ensuring swift and smooth operations.

2) Transport Operations

• Coordinate dedicated transport services for all accredited personnel and assist with any transportation inquiries, ensuring seamless transport operations.

3) PCS Points & Access Points

• Manage PCS points and access points for accredited personnel throughout the venue, ensuring proper access control and maintaining smooth flow within the venue.

4) Victory Ceremony Medal Distribution

• Distribution of medals to the winners

5) Fringe Activities

• Only for 26 & 27 July 2025
• To assist with the operations for Aqua Ediken and Confidence Jump for the member of public.

6) Any other roles that may be required in the areas above.

Note:

(3) Team Nila Volunteer - (Elite) Broadcast Assistants

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist in (actual role will be assigned by the Venue Manager/Workforce Manager):

1) Broadcast Information Assistant

• Support the Host Broadcaster and Rights Holder Broadcasters by addressing inquiries and reporting issues to the Broadcast Venue Manager. Assist the Broadcast Liaison Manager in tasks such as setup and management of the Premium Mixed Zone.
  

2) Any other roles that may be required in the areas above.

- Volunteers are required to attend a training session on 5 July 2025 (Saturday). More details will be shared over email.

(4) Team Nila Volunteer - (Elite & Masters) Media Operations

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist in (actual role will be assigned by the Venue Manager/Workforce Manager):

1) Media Operations

• Assist with media center operations by distributing information and documents to accredited media. Manage access for accredited photographers to designated photo positions, such as at the Field-of-Play and the general mixed zone.

2) Any other roles that may be required in the areas above.
