This digital service is for Malaysia/Thailand-registered car and motorcycle owners to update Malaysia road tax and motor insurance validity dates for VEP/Autopass card to keep and use a foreign-registered vehicle in Singapore.

A valid Autopass Card issued to the vehicle registration number
A valid email address
Your Vehicle Registration Certificate
Your Vehicle Road Tax Disc / Digital Road Tax
Your Vehicle Certificate of Insurance

IMPORTANT
This application is for motorists with a valid Autopass Card to update Road Tax and Insurance Validity for Vehicle Entry Permit.

You are applying to update your road tax and insurance validity dates for your car or motorcycle registered in Malaysia/Thailand. If your vehicle is registered in other countries, please refer here for the requirements and submit your request via LTA's OneMotoring website > Contact Us.
Under the Road Traffic Act, the following are not allowed to keep or use foreign-registered vehicles in Singapore:
a. Singapore citizen;
b. Singapore permanent resident;
c. Resident of Singapore;
d. Long-Term Visit Pass holder;
e. Dependant's Pass holder;
f. Student's Pass holder;
g. Training Employment Pass or Work Holiday Pass holder; and
h. Work Pass holder who reside in Singapore.
In addition, Work Pass holders must:
a. reside outside Singapore;
b. be the registered owner of the vehicle; and
c. bring the vehicle out of Singapore for at least 6 hours a day.
You declare that you meet the criteria to keep or use the vehicle in Singapore to proceed with this application.
