About this digital service:
  • This digital service is for Malaysia/Thailand-registered car and motorcycle owners to update Malaysia road tax and motor insurance validity dates for VEP/Autopass card to keep and use a foreign-registered vehicle in Singapore.
  • If you wish to apply for a new Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) and/or replacement Autopass Card instead, click here.
  • To begin, check your eligibility to update Malaysia road tax and motor insurance validity dates for VEP/Autopass card to keep and use a foreign-registered vehicle in Singapore.
  • You will need the following to complete the application:
  1. A valid Autopass Card issued to the vehicle registration number
  2. A valid email address
  3. Your Vehicle Registration Certificate
  4. Your Vehicle Road Tax Disc / Digital Road Tax
  5. Your Vehicle Certificate of Insurance

This application is for motorists with a valid Autopass Card to update Road Tax and Insurance Validity for Vehicle Entry Permit.
