Terms and Conditions
I confirm that information provided in this application is true and accurate and acknowledge that it will be used by WSG to evaluate my application for the Mid-Career Pathways Programme funded by WSG.
I am aware that I have to pay out the monthly training allowance to onboarded individuals on a monthly basis. No top-up is allowed.
I am aware that I have to pay the training allowance to onboarded individuals first before seeking reimbursement from SBF on a quarterly basis.
I am aware that my organisation is obligated to hire the individual upon completion of the programme, if his/her performance under the programme is deemed satisfactory. I acknowledge that if this obligation is not followed through, subsequent funding may be denied.
I confirm that the following application form has been completed by my organisation and I am aware of the vacancies proposed under the programme.
I confirm that my organisation is not receiving government funding for concurrent participation in any other training or attachment programmes relating to the vacancies applied for.
I am aware that I must adhere to the approved Individual Development Plan for onboarded trainees.
I must extend an endorsed copy of Attachment Agreement (inclusive of approved Development plan) to the selected Mid-career individual. Agreement must be signed by both Host Organisation & Mid-career individual.
I am aware my organisation should not be any separate contractual agreements with the onboarded individual to top up their allowance beyond the approved programme stipend.
I am aware my organisation must adhere to the contractual work hours as agreed between my organisation and the onboarded trainee.
I am aware that my organisation is obligated to hire the individual on a full-time basis (permanent or contract position of at least 12 months) upon completion of the programme, if his/her performance under the programme is deemed satisfactory.
