In an effort to spread awareness about mental health, let's brighten things up by focusing on the good stuff in The Scrapbook Club. In this session, you get to be the author of your own story, and commemorate all that has brought you happiness, peace and love! Think about what brings you joy – relationships, the thrill of adventures, or the pride of personal achievements and hobbies. Someday, when you flip through those pages, you'll have a grin plastered on your face :)
To wrap it all up, you'll be writing a letter to your future self, filled with all the words of encouragement you'll need when times get tough. Because no matter what, there's always a silver lining waiting to be found!
Bring back your very own scrapbook to share your joyful experiences with those around you, such as your friends, family and invite them into the wonderful world of memory-making.
Please bring along:
A bottle of water, a jacket, and some pictures of your happiest memories stored on your phone (So, we can get it printed on a Polaroid for you)!
