About this app
Stay updated on your child’s school programmes with Parents Gateway (PG). Receive information, respond to forms, book meetings, declare travels, access parenting resources, and more!
PG is available for mainstream MOE kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, junior colleges, Temasek Polytechnic and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
PG uses Singpass to identify parents of students in these schools. Upon
successful authentication, the connection to Singpass will be terminated. Please remain logged in to receive notifications when schools send new posts. There is no risk of Singpass credentials being stolen if you remain logged in.
[Known Issues]
- Samsung S7 on Android 6 and 7 is known to have compatibility issues. To use Parents Gateway, please upgrade to Android 8
- Enhanced security measures have been put in place for rooted devices. The security measures is known to block apps such as Lucky Patcher and Rom Manager. Uninstalling these apps will enable you to use the Parents Gateway app.
- No or inconsistent notifications received by Oppo and Huawei devices. This is due to battery optimisation configurations set by manufacturer.

They like to send a ton of PDFs, but obviously tiny phone screens are not suitable for viewing the full-page, wordy, PDFs. PG should build a web app that can be used on a desktop or stop sending the PDFs. Additionally, every time you open a linked PDF it's a new download, so you get duplicate PDF files and you're on your own to keep track of which PDFs are for PG or which PDF is for which PG notice.

Thank you for your feedback! To enhance your reading experience, we recommend using the "share" feature to send/open PDFs in your preferred app, such as a desktop PDF viewer. Stupid app doesn't have a desktop version to support. I see other users complain of multi pages pdf and forms that are simply impossible to read on a small screen. Yet the response from MOE is to ask users to use the share feature to transfer the files to a desktop etc. Well done MOE!!! Please continue to ignore user experience and optimize for your own convenience and outcome! Why have a desktop app when you can force users to use the share feature - aka remove your pants to fart!

A really annoying application that selects text while swiping the screen to read further down. Way too reactive to touch.
