When submitting a case, can't photos be taken prior to submission via the app versus now, it to take photo during the submission which the app isn't able to browse phone gallery to attach pictures? Sometimes, people like to document events with pictures first, then launch the app to do reporting. Sometimes, it is that moment that recording a video or taking photos is faster than launching the app first, then do reporting. Thank you, MND, for responding! I've enabled the access right.

Dear Kelvin, only illegal parking cases require photos taken at the point of submission. If you are unable to attach photos from your gallery for other types of case reporting. Please ensure that photo permissions are enabled for the OneService App - OneService Team

Used to be a great app, but no longer works. Whoever is in charge of the app feels my phone is safer with a 6 year old OS rather than an up to date version, which is a custom ROM. I should not be forced into buying a new phone either when this one works just fine, in particular with the new ROM which has all security updates. A pity. Disappointing.

Hi Thomas, we're unable to support custom ROM due to security policy. In order to use OneService app again, we suggest you re-flash back to the original firmware and ensure it's Android 6 and above. We thank you for your past support and wishing you a pleasant day ahead! – OneService Team

Can't upload photos from gallery??? I must be there accessing this app, choosing all the various options, then take a photo on the spot? That's not how a normal feedback/complaint works. I ain't standing next to an overflowing bin to do so many steps to capture a photo. Please work on UX. Gosh. Btw photo permission has been enabled on my phone!
