Whoever made this app should take UI design class. Why should I scroll all the way down to find my city? At least make it searchable... Edit: my bad for making false statement, but the position of search function is not quite noticable. Since the top bar is generally non-interactable part (e.g., just indicating which process you are in), it was removed out of my cognition for the moment. Hence there should better be a blinking alarm when search bar appears, or adjust the position a bit lower

Dear @안해찬 , there is a search function at the top of the Last City/Port of embarkation before Singapore and after Singapore dropdownlist in SG Arrival Card. If you have issue seeing it, pls email us at ICA_Feedback@ica.gov.sg with the date and time you encountered the issue with screenshots.

Very clumsy UI. Most of the options need to click twice, going to another screen to pick options. It's probably built with some hybrid tool that caters to web and mobile app. It defeats having a mobile app if you can't build a smooth and fluid UI. And may I ask why ICA put more QR code scanning counters at Woodlands bus hall than passport scanning counters? On what grounds are you penalizing passport holders? There are at least 4 x QR counters. It's not like we can leave our passports at home.

App worked well for 3 of us in the travel group but another had issue going through immigration because the app can scan your passport number but instead of a zero being automatically filled, it was the letter O. So we were scratching our heads why we couldn't let in, and officer was not helpful only saying something is wrong. Awareness of this flaw with character recognition should be advised to staff and users of the app. Be aware if you have zero or letter O in your passport ID.
