About this programme

The Enterprise Leadership for Transformation (ELT) supports promising SME leaders in their business transformation goals over 9-10 months, building their business growth capabilities. The programme is conducted by a network of partners including institutes of higher learning (IHLs), financial institutions, and industry experts.

This programme has four key components:

Executive Learning
Held over a period of approximately six months. (Please note that this schedule may vary across different Programme Managers.)

Strengthen your business fundamentals through learning about topics such as leadership, business strategy, human capital, financial management, digitalisation, innovation, sustainability and internationalisation.
Business Coaching
Receive at least 30 hours of guidance from experienced private-sector business coaches and industry experts on your business growth plans. Each Programme Manager has their own group of business coaches, including:

Programme Managers

National University of Singapore (NUS)

Designed by CEOs and academia, the ELT by NUS programme combines classroom learning with practical ‘doing’ from the start. The programme includes professors who are ranked top 2% globally in their fields of study and teach on NUS’ internationally-recognised MBA/EMBA programme. An advisor team comprising CEOs and senior leaders with global backgrounds will also be sharing their experiences and mentoring you through the programme.

Singapore Management University (SMU)

The ELT by SMU programme—led by both SMU Academy and UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute—offers an application-oriented learning experience with tailored coaching. Join the programme to learn strategies for overcoming multi-generational mentality, glean insights from guest speakers, and take on challenges to seize new opportunities for your business.

Eligibility

Business entity registered and operating in Singapore
Company has at least 30% local equity held directly or indirectly by Singaporean(s) and/or Singapore PR(s), determined by the ultimate individual ownership
Company revenue is at least S$5 million (in the latest financial year)
At least one participant must be a Founder, Owner or Successor (FOS) of the business
Each company may nominate up to two participants, of which one of the participants should be a FOS of the business and the other participant should be a member of the management team.

Fees

The course fee is on average S$26,000 per participant before subsidies. Companies eligible for subsidies pay approximately S$4,200 (inclusive of GST) per participant.

Receive your confirmation

Upon submission, you will receive an application reference number and confirmation email to acknowledge your application. Please keep a record of the email.
