Dear 2025 Secondary One Parents / Guardians,

Welcome to the Chung Cheng Family! 

We will be providing you with the necessary information for you to support your child's / ward's transition to his / her next phase of life in CCHM through this microsite. 

Step 1:

Please complete the e-Registration by Thursday, 19 December 2024, 5pm. 

Click HERE to access the registration form.

Step 2:

After completing the e-Registration, please click on "Books & Uniform" to see your allocated date and time slot between 20 & 23 Dec if you would like to purchase books and uniforms in school.  To avoid huge crowd, you are strongly encouraged to come at the allocated timeslot. 

Step 3:

Please take some time to read through the other student admin matters via the links below: 

• School Smart Card (***all students***)

• Higher Chinese Language (***all students***)

• Malay Special Programme  / Third Language (if applicable)

• Financial Assistance Scheme (if applicable)

• Appeal for transfer for serious medical condition (if applicable)
