This Registration Form is to indicate your centre's participation in SSDB 2025.

Only centres who register and receive a "Welcome To SSDB 2025" email confirming their participation will receive their SSDB Resource Package.

Please ensure all email & mailing addresses keyed in this form are accurate.

Should your centre decide to withdraw from SSDB 2025 after signing up, please drop an email to ssdb@preschoolmarket.com and cc ECDA_SO@ecda.gov.sg. We will otherwise proceed with the delivery of the SSDB Resource Package to your centre.

Please indicate the number of PARTICIPATING CLASSES PER LEVEL so that we can provide the CLASSROOM resources (e.g. educator's guide, activity kits, etc.) accordingly. We strongly encourage K1 and K2 classes to participate in SSDB projects, but also welcome N2 classes and below.

Resources from ECDA  
These are the main items provided by ECDA in the Resource Package. Your centre may wish to use these materials as part of your SSDB projects and events.
Due to feedback, we will be providing e-versions for most of these items. 
To help the environment, please indicate if you would like a REDUCED number of the following items. (Applicable to centres who have participated in past years' SSDB.)

19. Bucket Hats for Children *
Children who participated in SSDB last year may wish to reuse their bucket hats this year. Please indicate the number of bucket hats required for Children new to SSDB.  
 
Please note that we will NOT be able to provide additional items after delivery of the Resource Package.

Teachers who participated in SSDB last year may wish to reuse their bucket hats this year.  
 
Please indicate if you require adult bucket hats for Teachers new to SSDB (max. 2 adult hats per centre).
