From 7 April until 1 June 2020 (inclusive), "circuit breaker" measures to stem the rise in COVID-19 infections will take effect.

Stay at home, do not go out

During this period, stay at home as much as possible.

Only go out to buy food or essential items, or to exercise at your neighbourhood parks (remember to keep a safe distance from others!).

If you need to go out, wear a mask. If you have not collected your reusable mask, you may collect it at a Community Centre (CC) or Residents’ Committee (RC) near your home by 12 April.

Bring a clean container for take-outs

Some food and beverage stalls and restaurants remain open, but only for take-out orders. Remember to bring along a clean container to help reduce single-use plastic waste.

Alternatively, you may consider food delivery options.

Maintain safe distancing

Limit contact to your immediate family members. Do not visit friends or relatives for private social gatherings, even at home.

When out to buy food or essentials, maintain 1 metre distance from others.

Safe distancing ambassadors and enforcements officers are deployed during this period to ensure that these measures are implemented. It is an offence to disobey these safe distancing measures.

The health of all depends on each one of us. We will get through this together.
